1. How we treat your data

sǹg-miā provides Zi Wei Dou Shu chart calculation, AI readings, account features, credits, and paid reports. To do that, we process personal data such as birth date, birth time, gender, birthplace, email, and usage records.

We do not sell your personal data. We use it to provide the service, maintain accounts, process payments, prevent abuse, support users, and improve the product.

2. Data we collect

• Information you provide: nickname, email, birth date, birth time, gender, birth city or longitude, questions, and support messages.
• Account and transaction data: login method, membership status, credit balance, order IDs, payment status, and refund records.
• Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers, CVC codes, or full bank account details.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device, page views, clicks, errors, cookies, and localStorage status.
• De-identified data: we may use data after removing identifiers for statistics, product improvement, prompt tuning, and quality checks.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Contract performance: account access, chart calculation, report generation, purchase records, and support.
• Consent: optional cookies, analytics, and certain product experience improvements.
• Legitimate interests: fraud prevention, abuse prevention, security monitoring, product improvement, and dispute handling.
• Legal obligations: tax, accounting, consumer disputes, and lawful requests from authorities.

4. Third-party services and international transfers

We use service providers where needed, including Stripe for payments, Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager for analytics after consent, Google / OpenAI / Anthropic for AI model services, cloud hosting, and email tools.

These providers may process data outside your country. By using the service, you understand that data may be transferred internationally as needed to provide the service. We require providers to use reasonable safeguards and process data only for the relevant purposes.

6. Retention

We keep data only as long as needed. Account data is generally kept until account deletion or service termination. Transaction, refund, tax, and dispute-related records may be kept longer as required by law or reasonable evidence needs.

De-identified or aggregated data may be retained where it cannot reasonably identify you.

The service is not for children under 13. Users aged 13 to 18 should use the service with parental or guardian consent, and paid services should be authorized or handled by a guardian.

9. Security and limits

We use HTTPS, access controls, logging, and reasonable technical and organizational measures. No internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. If a material security incident occurs, we will handle notices as required by applicable law.

10. Changes

We may update this policy when services, payment methods, laws, or third-party providers change. Material changes will be posted clearly on the site. Continued use means the updated policy applies to later use.
