Terms of Service

1. The service

sǹg-miā provides free chart calculation, accounts, credits, AI report generation, chart storage, and related content.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. If we permanently discontinue paid services, we will use reasonable efforts to handle unused paid credits.

2. Accounts and eligibility

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
• The service is not for children under 13. Users aged 13 to 18 need parent or guardian consent, and paid purchases should be authorized or handled by a guardian.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, system attacks, or violations of these terms.

3. Credits, payments, and Stripe

• Credits are service credits for sǹg-miā only. They cannot be resold, transferred, withdrawn, or exchanged for cash except as expressly allowed by refund rules.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe may process payment data under its own terms, privacy policy, risk controls, and financial compliance obligations.
• We may change future prices, packages, and credit costs. Completed purchases and used credits are not retroactively adjusted.
• If a payment fails, is rejected, appears fraudulent, or is flagged as high risk by Stripe or a financial institution, we may cancel the transaction or suspend the account.

4. Reports, delivery, and refunds

• When you confirm credit use and submit a generation request, the system starts creating a custom AI report. The report is delivered when it appears in your account or on the page.
• Delivered reports are generally not refundable because you did not read them, did not like the interpretation, disagree with the reading, or received a different opinion elsewhere.
• Contact support for duplicate charges, credit deduction without generation, unreadable reports caused by system error, or refunds required by mandatory law.
• Unused paid credits may be refunded. Refunds may deduct Stripe fees not returned to us, foreign exchange costs, refund costs, or reasonable administrative costs. Bank posting time depends on Stripe, financial institutions, and payment method.

5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Astrology and AI readings are interpretive and subjective. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, suitability, or future outcomes.

You are responsible for deciding whether to rely on any content. For health, legal, financial, investment, mental health, or major life decisions, consult qualified professionals.

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the disputed service, except where liability cannot legally be limited.

6. Intellectual property and restrictions

• The interface, copy, chart presentation, report format, prompt structure, brand, and system design belong to us or our licensors.
• You may read, save, print, or privately share reports you purchased for personal, non-commercial use.
• You may not scrape, resell, repackage, build competing services, train models, extract databases, or abuse the service through automation without permission.

7. Privacy

Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy: /en/privacy. By using the service, you understand that we process data under that policy and may use de-identified data to improve the service.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms for service, payment, legal, or operational reasons. Material changes will be posted on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise. The Taiwan Taipei District Court will be the court of first instance unless mandatory law requires another forum.
