No. A report is a one-off purchase and is kept permanently. The yearly and monthly rhythm sections update themselves over time — that part is table lookup and calculation, not AI, so nothing is regenerated and no credits are spent.
Yes. The free chart overview includes the full twelve-palace chart, the reading for your life palace and its three-and-four alignment, and one follow-up question — no credits and no account needed. When you do want a full report, the "What this buys" line on each card tells you whether that package covers one.
